3INUTE Return and Exchange Policy applies only to online purchases made via www.3inute.com.
All returns/exchanges requests (including defects) can only be requested by the original purchasing account. All returns/exchanges requests made from third parties will not be allowed. For returns, store credits will strictly be credited only to the original purchasing account. Returns/exchanges are only applicable for orders made directly from our website. All returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn and unaltered, with the tags intact.
Returns/Exchanges are allowed for purchases made using our weekly discount codes. Exchange for a different design is strictly not allowed, in such a case, store credits will be issued and you can use it to purchase for the new design. Only a one-time return of store credits is allowed. Each order will only be entitled to a one-time store credit return. If your second order utilises the return store credit code, it will not be eligible for another return.
All exchanges and returns have to be done within 7 working days from date of delivery and 3 working days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
Cash refunds are strictly not allowed. Kindly note that shipping charges are non-creditable. 3INUTE will not be responsible for any lost mail sent back without a tracking number.
Please retain your invoice for returns / exchange purposes. We will not be able to process any returns / exchanges without verification of the physical invoices. The return fees via J&T Express of $4.00 or exchange fees via to&fro courier of SGD$8.00 will be borne by the customer.
If the item does not comply with the above conditions, we have the right to reject the return.
Processing time for exchanges/returns takes up to 7 business working days (excluding weekends and PH/Eves of PH) from the day the item has been received.
In the event the item is out of stock, store credits (valid for 90 days) will be issued.
Exchanges can be arranged to be direct at our showroom, only during our operating hours and via appointment basis, if you wish to opt for direct exchange at the showroom, please write in to us at sales@3inute.com.

Sale items and Promotional Period
All sale/discounted items and items purchased during promotional period (using festive season discount codes/flash sale discount codes) are strictly not valid for exchanges or returns.

Incorrect/Defective Items Received
We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect or defective item.
In the case of a defect item, kindly email to sales@3inute.com within 7 days, attached together with a snapshot of the defect clearly. Any exchange/return requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. Our team will attend to you within 2-3 working days.

Minor defects such as loose threads, slight misalignment of seams, dropping buttons which can be sewn on, etc will NOT be considered for exchange/return/refund. For printed items, do allow variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected. For light colored items, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.

Measurements
Measurements stated may vary 0.25"-0.5" as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will NOT be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out. In the case that the measurement deviation is >0.5", the item can be exchanged for a smaller fitting. Store credits will be issued if the item is out of stock. Refunds are strictly not allowed.
Other reasons for returns and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.
3INUTE reserves all rights to exercise discretion in what constitutes a defect. If, upon stringent checks, we find that the item does not qualify as a defect, customer would have to proceed with return as per our returns policy stated above.
